About the founders of the company
• Mr. Major General / Ashour Al-Zag, the company's president, holder of the Medal of the Republic of the first degree, worked in military intelligence for 30 years and assumed the position of chief of intelligence of the Egyptian forces in the war to liberate Kuwait. He also worked as deputy of the Armed Forces Housing Fund and director of the National Center for Planning the Use of State Lands. He also worked in the diplomatic corps as the Egyptian military attaché in Sudan.

The company's board of directors consists of three companies
1. First Group, founded in 2010, a leading company in the field of contracting and real estate development

2. Idea Sport for Import and Export was established in 2008 as a company specialized in supplies for sports facilities. The company has a branch in New York State, USA.

3. Compubrand was established in 2004 in the field of information technology and general supplies and has implemented many projects with the Arab Organization for Industrialization - the National Defense Council - Wadi El Nile Contracting.
